Fee Structure for property searches:
We tailor our service to your requirements. The level of service you require will be established by an initial meeting, for which there is no charge. If you are not based within the UK this can be done on Skype or Facetime. A contract is then signed and a retaining fee paid, this will be deducted from the final fee. Each of our consultants will only work on one property search at any time ensuring their best attentions are always focused on their client. The retainer will be active for 6 months but we have been known to find the perfect property for clients within a few days, as we already have a well researched knowledge of what is coming on to the market.
Our retaining fee is dependant on the bespoke service that you require – this is payable upon instruction and before the search commences, however, this is deducted from the final success fee.
Success fee – This is dependant on the bespoke service that you require. The fee is payable upon completion or 21 days after the exchange of contracts, whichever is the sooner.
For properties marketed in excess of 3m GBP our fee is .25% of the purchase price or 10% of the negotiated saving, whichever is the greater. This is payable upon completion or 21 days after the exchange of contracts, whichever is the sooner.
Fees for negotiation only and Sales advice:
A retainer of £100 is requested
Thereafter the fees are based on time and expenses incurred and can be discussed with us directly.
